Pricing questions
What counts as a website?
Each WordPress site where NMI for WooCommerce is active with your licence key. A staging copy counts as a site, so the Business plan is handy if you test changes before going live. You can move a key from one site to another at any time.
What happens when my year is up?
Your plan renews automatically each year. If a renewal payment fails, update your card in My account → Subscriptions. If you cancel or do not renew, nothing breaks: store checkout, subscription renewals, refunds and viewing your data keep working. Updates and support stop until you renew. After a 14-day grace period, the paid tools also pause: Take payment, Add subscription, payment links, subscription changes other than cancelling, editing customer details, sending or scheduling customer messages, alert settings, analytics, sales and tax reports, scheduled report emails, QuickBooks sync, Zapier settings and payment-history imports. The same happens if your site cannot reach our licence server for 30 days in a row.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Contact us and we will move you to a bigger plan and credit the unused part of your current plan.
Do you offer refunds?
No, all sales are final. Have a question before you buy? Ask us on the support page. You can cancel your yearly renewal at any time, and it will not be charged again.
What does Lifetime mean?
You pay once and your licence never expires: no renewals, and updates and support for as long as NMI for WooCommerce Pro is sold. You get the same features and number of websites as the yearly plan.
Does a sale price last?
A sale on a yearly plan applies to your first year. Your plan then renews at the regular yearly price, which checkout shows before you pay. You can cancel any time before the renewal.
What will I see on my card statement?
You are buying from Flmmd Tech Solutions LLC. This charge will appear on your card or bank statement as “FLMMD TECH SOLUTIONS” (Flmmd Tech Solutions LLC). The same note is on your receipt email and order page.
Do you charge per transaction?
No. You pay the yearly price only. Your processing fees stay between you and your NMI provider.
Do you offer plans for resellers and ISOs?
